I had this dream a few years back that I've always remembered?

I was laying on one of the local beaches I go to during the summer. It was really hot out and I begin to notice that the skin above my right rib cage is itching. I start to scratch at it and the skin kind of gives way, opens up and a flower starts to come out. It's not painful or anything but I remember in my dream I was shocked. At what point does an intense dislike/hatred become a phobia?

I have a few very intense dislikes--all rather silly if you ask other people--and it seems that the longer the go on the stronger they get. My one dislike is children. I just can't stand them and I go out of my way to avoid them. On occasion I have almost paranoid thoughts that they will literally come over and terrorize me for some reason in the store or on the street even though I have no clue who they are. I do realize these thoughts are paranoid and that they aren't going to do that but it still gives me pause. I also have a fear of pregnant women, especially very pregnant women. It's like they are full of bodily fluids and they will literally pop open if I am near them. I try to avoid pregnant women at all costs as well. I have a 15gal tank with 12 fish. 6 Tetras, 3 Guppies, and 3 Platties. The tank is cultured and the PH is 7.0 and the temp is 80F. All of my fish are fine and dandy except for 2 of them. LCD's are particularly bad at displaying content not at their native resolution; plasmas aren't quite as bad. The only cure to this problem is to watch EVERYTHING in HD (good luck with that, that means saying goodbye to any VHS/DVD you may have) or to get a CRT (good luck finding a new one). Until about a year or two ago, they m-produced CRT HDTV's, which could perfectly display content at 480i, 480p, and 1080i with no problem, and 720p and 1080p scaled down didn't look as bad.

More specifically, should I attend my last two years of college here in the west or move back to the mid-south / east coast? I am in a very unique situation. I am a 27 year old male, ex military (Marine Corps), and moved out to Colorado Springs back in 2005 after leaving the Marine Corps. It WAS my goal to be able to meet someone, date, and eventually get married, but being in the Marine Corps (Jacksonville, N.C.) and living in the evangelical (read: all the women are already married and have very young children) Colorado Springs has ruined it for me. So, long story short, I got a civilian job here, the company left town, and I started my education here at the local community college. The problem is that I am a very lonely guy (I AM NOT asking for anyone's sympathy btw) and there are very little if any single women in this town. Furthermore, the VERY Few that are here act VERY crude, stuck up, and unapproachable. So, should I just move back to the south (where Im originally from) in the hopes that things will be better there? I heard from an acquantance at work that colleges back in the east/south are closer knit so to speak and that it is alot easier to make friends, meet single women, date, etc? I feel that I am in an EXTREMELY unique situation in that I am a five year veteran of the Marine Corps, am in my late 20s, and am JUST NOW getting my education. At my school I listen to the people around me in my cles and all of them already have their own families, wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, etc which makes me feel very isolated. To clean up the blood, just get a q-tip with water or soap and dab swipe around it, that should do it. As for the cleaning method, I've have my eyebrow pierced and when I got it, I cleaned it with Claires ear piercing disinfectant which worked just fine. It did get infected once and so I just cleaned it with sea salt, I know the guy said that dries it out, but from personal experience (and the experience of others that I know) it works just fine and doesn't dry it out at all :) hope I helped.

We have a potterton boiler prima F. (Not sure on model). Over the weekend the boiler has failed to light, the fan is running and pressure switch is made but it fails to light it attempts to light approx every 30 seconds with the boiler running through it pre start up routine.

I wouldn't suggest you putting her back in. If she was nipped before , she will get nipped again. Tiger barbs usually pick a " Weakest Link" which isn't always the smallest so she may have been chosen. I have had tiger barbs that got nipped so bad that they got stuck in the filter intake and died. Really sad stuff. Good luck.

Help! pain because baby weight presses stomach during feeding?

need help from experienced feeding moms! My baby is 2-3 weeks old and I have been feeding 8 times a day. Each nursing takes about 30-40 minutes. Hence the baby stays on my stomach more than 5 hours a day. I started having stomach pain a couple days ago because all the pressure from the baby's weight for such long hours. Is it because my feeding position is incorrect? I use a quilt around my waist and put the baby on the quilt, facing me. I'd be half lying on the couch or bed. Help!

My Horse Has A Sore Heel bulb?

I am not quite sure happened to my horse. I discovered on Friday he was limping slightly, I poulticed his foot and couldn't find an abscess. So yesterday I discovered just one side of the bulb of his heel is swollen & puffy. I wrapped his foot and packed it with poultice (on the heel), he's not limping anymore but it's still puffy/smelly & moist. If its not an abscess, my next thought it perhaps he nicked his heel with his back foot when we were trying out gaming. I was told one time that my horse steps in the same front footprint with the back foot. If this in fact just a nick, is the treatment i'm doing with the poultice not helping him or making it worse? If it were a cut with an infection, would I still want to keep it wrapped and in a boot? Please do say "call the vet" as an answer, the vet I will call, but first looking for opinions.

HELP PLEASE! mental disorder or normal?

Hi, I'm a 16 year old female. I'm the middle child of 3 daughters and live with both my parents however they fight a lot. When I was 11 my dad left home for the first time but it was only for a week, he leaves a lot but always comes home after a while. The longest time he left was for 3 weeks. However, my father has bought an apartment and plans to move into it after my older sister is dropped off at college (This august). A few years ago when i was 13, I was bullied by a group of girls in my grade, i would be so scared i spent recess hiding and would only leave school until all the girls had left. I would go home and sleep before I had lunch or did anything else I just get into bed and my mum noticed that something was wrong but I don't talk to her about my life (we don’t have such a good relationship) so she only officially found out when the school gave them a worrying phone call. I am now best friends with some of those girls and so there is no reason to remain "depressed" about that. The effect of the bullying should have worn off. For about 4 years now, I’ve had extreme mood swings. I've had days of major depression where i fake being sick to stay in bed and avoid going to school. At social outings I sometime get really upset and leave early without knowing the reason for why I feel so bad. I may burst into tears for no particular reason.There are times where I am extremely irritable and want to do nothing but sit in the dark under the covers. I have a terrible temper and often get into rages, when i get really angry with my siblings i may physically hurt them and my mother always tells me what a difficult child I am. At other times I feel quite normal but it doesn't last long. And sometimes I am over the top happy and nothing can bring me down i feel more sociable than ever, I'm laughing making jokes, singing, having the time of my life that my friends tell me I'm not acting normal and my mother says that if i weren't at home all day she'd say i was on something or drunk. My energy levels would be over the top and I’m probably the happiest most bubbly person alive. I feel like a puppet and no one knows who's pulling the strings. About three years ago I started cutting and ice-burning (ice & salt burns) myself when I got upset or angry but recently the cuts and burns have increased and i do it much more often. I got caught cutting in school once, it was a terrible day i felt so depressed for no reason, i was crying hysterically and had no control over myself. it was one of the worst and most embarring days of my life. At a party once i was dancing with this guy when i suddenly felt so sad i started crying and screaming and felt depressed for the rest of the party. Someone thought that the screaming and sudden crying was because i was wasted and attempted to force me to vomit but i had had only 2 gles and i could walk properly and so i was not even tipsy. Last year at a summer camp I attended someone caught cuts on my arm and I was put into the health center for 4 days until my parents had to take a 12 hour flight to pick me up, I felt as if I was in a mental hospital. I tried to run away from the health center numerous times they even igned someone to “keep an eye on me” yet I managed to run away I was brought back to the health center in a security car and it was scary. They’d call my parents and tell them “your daughter is on the loose on campus” as if I was some nut case. My grades this year have gone down tremendously, they started decreasing about 2 years ago but this year i failed 5 subjects in the first semester and 2 in the second. Even at 16 I still have nightmares that keep me up at night and I have trouble sleeping it takes me hours to fall asleep and i wake up numerous times every night. And i have gained more weight this year than i have ever gained (I’m not overweight , I just gained weight). I was diagnosed with ADD but i think it's not ADD and has something to do with another mental disorder. I don't feel normal and i've lost friends because of my constant extreme mood swings they always tell me i'm either too happy or too sad i have no in-between and sometimes i do feel that way. I've been going to a therapist since february and i don't see myself getting anywhere. She's not the first therapist i've been to, i've been to two others over the past 3 years and nothing is working with me. My mother also tells me i always blow things out of proportion. When i fought with her one time i ran away from home for about 7 hours. My boyfriend cheated on me with a younger girl 3 times i forgave him the first 2 times but the third time i unwillingly let go and i was depressed and lonely for about a month.
