Is it legal for a teacher to be mad at a student for being blind.?

Hmmm.... I don't think it's illegal to be annoyed by anyone. Maybe if the teacher issues bad grades or detention just because the student is blind, it would be. But, if I'm bothered by someone who wears white shoes, then I'm just bothered; I'm not going to jail.
