Can You Name This RTS?

I don't know much, but its been killing me to find out what it is. There's 3 factions. The 1st is a mechanical, steam machine unit focused faction, the 2nd is a magic based faction with some genie type units, and the 3rd is (as best as i can describe it) is move of an ancient stone god type race. The game isn't exactly new, but its not too old (it was made in the 2000's). I'd really appreciate it if you could name this game.
