Questions about belly on piercing?

To clean up the blood, just get a q-tip with water or soap and dab swipe around it, that should do it. As for the cleaning method, I've have my eyebrow pierced and when I got it, I cleaned it with Claires ear piercing disinfectant which worked just fine. It did get infected once and so I just cleaned it with sea salt, I know the guy said that dries it out, but from personal experience (and the experience of others that I know) it works just fine and doesn't dry it out at all :) hope I helped.
