Is it possible to get banned for driving at 26mph in a 30mph zone?

You misunderstood him he meant 26 mph over the posted speed limit. Which would mean that the driver was doing 56 in a 30 mph. school zone. And, when its a school zone the prosecution is much, much more aggressive.... Duh ! ( just kidding, you probably had a hard time just staying awake)
