Will that 7ft 6in guy from china gonna be better than wilt chamberlin or bill russell ?

i was looking on yahoo homepage...he looked pretty good..he might just be the best basketball player that ever played the game...if he plays in the nba..he might just be unstoppable..i don't think lebron wants to come into the paint anymore.
