Why do so many girls look up to promiscuous celebrities?

I personally think that young girls think that these promiscuous celebrities who are partying and doing drugs are having fun. They're famous, have money and can date any guy they want - that sounds like a great life to many teenagers. What I think many girls don't realize is that though many famous and beautiful celebrities look pretty on the outside but are just miserable on the inside. Money, fame, drugs, don't provide long term happiness or peace.
