How do I get high speed internet? I can't get it thru Verizon or NeZero...?

I can't have Verizon High Speed, Comcast, or Net Zero, because i live in vermont on a mountain with no connection. I dont like Dishnetwork, Direct TV, Hughes net or Earth Link, because they cost more than $50 dollars a month plus $299 installation fee. I need something cheap! It can be something with sattelite. PS I have dishNetwork, just cant get high speed thru them because its like $499 (I just checked it)
