Do shih tzu's have a licking problem?

I have a 2 year old shih tzu, Rosie. All the time she'll just start licking people's feet, hands, arm, anything! She also loves licking areas where you put deodorant & lotion. She'll keep it up for a while. The only way she'll stop is if you pull away. Anything special? Or does she just do it for no reason?
