What do people think of Charles Manson? Richard Ramirez?

I was taking a forensic science cl and we mentioned them and just wanted to know what others think of them. I think among other serial killers, these 2 stand out the most. I would like to study psychology and the behavior behind their actions. Maybe one day be a detective or work in forensics.
