How do i get a student visa to go to a foreign country?

If you want to go to school somewhere else, you will have to pay for your accommodation - and since you're still a minor, a boarding school would probably be the best (if most expensive) option. A visa will be required, and you can apply for one on the website of any country's emby. Most of these will require that you are accompanied by one of your parents, though. So really, I would recommend waiting. If your whole family is moving abroad in two years anyway, why leave early?
