If you could study in one of these countries for one year, which would it be?

I would pick Brazil (or Brasil as they spell it). It is probably one of the most beautiful parts of South America and I would like to learn about the history of the place my Father spent many years in while living abroad. My Dad had been many places and had many stories, but always seemed to have focused on Brazil for it's beauty, it's people and most importantly, it's beautiful women!
