Workout question???????

Im trying to make a workout plan...I recently got turbo jam fat blaster and love it. Its definitely a workout for me, but I dont think i should be doing everyday? I am 5'4" 165 pounds. 21 years old. Im trying to add in a few extra things that are better in my diet and drinking LOTS more water. I would like to lose some weight, and possibly will be walking/riding my bike off and on. Im looking into pilates/yoga/yogalates, to do on days that im not doing cardio...what one would benefit me and tone? Are they relaxing? What dvds do you all recommend? Thanks!
