Is my kitten really spoiled (spoilt)?

I was given a rescued 3 week oldish kitten and she wont drink the bio lac kitten formula we bought her. so we tried solid foods under advice given from vet (kitten pureed food with the bio lac formula mixed into it).Anyways I wake her up every 3 hours to let her eat. even if she isn't hungry i ensure she gets to the food plate. cause im not sure how good her sense of smell is and if she knows where the food is. she will cry non stop so i pat her then she will eat the food. then I go to bed at night and she will sleep all night in the bathroom with her Hot water bottle (under 2 folded pillowcases (never hotter then 35 degrees Celcius)) and her Vibrator (fish tank air pump underneath a couple of sheets so its not to strong. then in the morning i grab her out again at about 8am when I wake up to my bf leaving for work I feed her and sit with her for 30 Min's while she eats her breaky i make for her, then I am really tired after only having like 6 hours of broken up sleep. I take her her hot water bottle and the pillow cases into my bed lay her on her pillow case and make a fort of out of my bf pillows so she doesn't climb off the bed and she snuggles into my inner elbow and she will sleep there until i wake up 3 hours later. Am i spoiling her too muchh? Whatramificationss will come from me spoiling her too much in her life ahead?
