Is it possible to have an odor coming from pores from eating salt? Is there a remedy?

My fiance says i have an odor coming from pores, but he is the only one who can smell it. he is allergic to iodine so he thinks maybe it is from salt I eat. I have taken colon cleanse to clean system but fiance still smells odor. Any other suggestions what it could be since he is only one that smells it?
