I'm looking for a name of a fictional character. The villain is an enigmatic man. He possesses immortality, hypnosis, genius level intellect, exceptional strength and accelerated healing. The villain is exceptionally resilient and is impervious to physical injury. He is six feet tall, 100 pounds bald man with a long mustache and long pointy goatee and Satanic eyebrows and is dressed in all black clothing.
