Why do so many people on here use the term "....could care less" ? It should be ".......couldn't care less".?

That's a good question. You're very right, but some people say things differently, perhaps it's the way they grew up thinking it's the right way to say things. Yes, I do believe the education system is failing us. Teachers are trying their hardest (most of them), but some kids seem to not care about how things are supposed to be.
