How can I get more fps in my laptop?

it is a toshiba satilite m505-s4940 runing on 64bit windows 7 utimate 4gb with a gma x4500 (the mobile version im not sure of the full name of it) iv tried game optimizers such as game gain and game booster. Can i Upgrade the graphics card? Or something else that will help?
